Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Hollie Blossoms you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (make sure you have read and understood the below before ordering):

  1. The customer is required to pay a deposit payment when booking their date. You will have 7 days from your payment being received to cancel your order and receive a 100% refund. After 7 days this deposit is non-refundable if the customer chooses to no longer go through with the pressing and framing process. 

  2. We start the pressing and drying process immediately on receiving your flowers to preserve them in the best possible condition. Therefore, once your bouquet is received we are unable to return any flowers to you. We press all of your bouquet and choose the best selection to use in your design, so we are unable to return any flowers we do not use in the piece.

  3. Please ensure any ribbons, bouquet decorations or other non floral pieces that might be in your bouquet are removed. 

  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the flowers arrive at our studio in the best condition possible. Please ensure you read the packing and sending guide thoroughly and follow all instructions carefully.  

  5. It is important to note that the pressing and drying process can change the colour, texture and look of certain flowers. Every care will be taken to ensure your bouquet is as beautiful as it can be when dried.

  6. The customer should be aware that not all flowers or foliage will be used in the final frame due to space limitations, damage, bulk or other mitigating factors. 

  7. By agreeing to purchase a frame from Hollie Blossoms the customer hands over creative control of the styling and arrangement of the finished piece.

  8. In the unlikely event that the frame selected is unavailable, the customer will be contacted via email as soon as possible and an alternative option will be offered. If the customer is not satisfied with the alternative frame, a full refund will be offered. 

  9. Please be aware that although we use high quality UV protected glass to frame your flowers, there may still be some naturally fading over time. 

  10. When the final framed piece is received by the customer it is their responsibility to care for and display carefully, following any instructions given by Hollie Blossoms e.g. must not be mounted in direct sunlight or in rooms subject to extreme temperature or damp. 

  11. Please be advised that you are posting your wedding bouquet at your own risk. Hollie Blossoms do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels from third-party courier or delivery companies when sending your bouquet to us. To prevent this we strongly recommend using tracked delivery with a reputable company. 

  12. Hollie Blossoms reserves the right to change the prices of our products or our offering at any time. However, once you have paid your deposit the cost of your final frame will not be changed. 

  13. You will be contacted via email when your frame is completed and ready to ship. You will have 10 days to pay the remaining balance. Please note frames will not be sent until the balance has been paid in full.
